Tele-Trans Audio Response It’s Saturday and you need to know the balance on your checking account. The credit union is closed and you don’t have a computer to access Web Banking. So what do you do?

Pick up the nearest touch-tone phone to access your account via our Tele-Trans Audio Response system.

With Tele-Trans you can manage your finances 24/7 by calling 637-0111 (local) or 888-637-0111 (toll free).

Available transactions include:

  • Balance inquiries
  • Payment information
  • Funds transfers
  • Withdrawals
  • Account Histories

Using Tele-Trans is easy. After the system answers:

  1. When prompted, enter your member number followed by the # sign.
  2. Enter your Personal ID Number (PIN) followed by the # key.
  3. Listen closely to the menu options to perform the desired transactions.

Main Menu:

1.   For balance inquiries, press 1.

2.   For transaction inquiries, press 2.

3.   To post a transaction, press 3.

4.   To make changes to your account, press 4.

5.   To replay this menu, press 9.

6.   Press * to terminate this call.

Balance Inquiry Menu:

1.   For a share balance, press 1.

2.   For a loan balance, press 2.

3.   For a list of all share accounts, press 3.

4.   For a list of all loan accounts, press 4.

5.   For a loan payoff, press 5.

6.   For a share account year-to-date dividend inquiry, press 6.

7.   For a loan account year-to-date interest inquiry, press 7.

8.   To return to the main menu, press 8.

9.   To replay this menu, press 9.

10.   Press * to terminate this call.

Transaction Inquiry Menu:

1.   For a specific check, press 1.

2.   For the last five withdrawals, press 2.

3.   For the last five deposits, press 3.

4.   To return to the main menu, press 8.

Post Transaction:

1.   To make a share withdrawal by check, press 1.

2.   To make a share-to-share transfer, press 2.
